If you haven't already, check those high and low signal wires (from the O2 sensor connector back towards the PCM) for a continuity to ground with a multimeter. that test should be done with pcm connectors connected to the pcm and the O2 sensor unplugged.

I read back through the thread again and am not clear on if you swapped the front sensors side to side and then scanned their output?

^^^IIRC, he did that and he replaced them and the problem stayed with bank1 sensor1.

Ok guys I just got back from deployment and still trouble shooting my car. Does anyone have any more suggestions on what to do. I'm getting close trying to take it to a mech to see if they can fix. So if anyone knows a good place in California. Please let me know. I live between LA and San Diego. Thanks in advance.

Ok turns out some wires touched the LT headers. Replaced the wires and MAF and O2's. Got rid of the lag but the car is still running lean. Still throwing P0131 code. I checked the fuel injectors and they all working properly. I then hooked up a vacuum tester in between intake and PCV valve. The guage reads 12. I know this is really low. It flicks to 0 when revd then back to 12. So my next question is. How do I go about pin pointing the leak. I sprayed brake cleaner and the motor didn't react to it. Any help would be great. Thanks
