95 Chevy ls 5.3 swap

So this is my first build and I'm very ignorant when it comes to motors but I'm trying to learn. I bout a mostly complete project truck that just needs a few small things. First is on the intake right behind the throttle there is a hole where something should go. Can anyone help me find what this is? And I'm also having trouble finding the correct throttle lockdown bracket. And it has the a/c delete, I have to buy a tensioner, is there any special belt I need to get or will the regular serpintene belt work?

sounds like the egr tube. You can plug it with a plate.
