    Question 93 3.4L to LS1 sawp

I know it can be done, but i would like to know what i need and where i can find it. I have the motor and i know you need a new K member. I also heard you need a new hood because it would bee to tall. Would i need to make any fabrications in order for this to fit? any help would be apperciated

I don't think you'd need a new hood. I think the biggest thing would be the wiring. A company called Speartech modifies harnesses for engine swaps such as this. As far as a K-member presonally I'd just pick up a nice tubular unit from one of the many LSX vehicle based places.

You need a tranny, wiring harness, front springs, driveshaft, gears, posi, computer, all the accesories.

It would probably be cheaper and easier just to find a used LS1 than to try to do a swap.
