5 and 7 miss fires

I need a little advise.
got a missfire on 5 and 7. for a while bank 1 has had alot of missfires at diff times. 1,3,5,7 were all missings at the same time, front o2 was replaced and it got better.
now every time i let the car sit for a few days it will run rough and miss.
5 and 7 are now missing all the time.
swapped injectors, coils, removed and cleaned plugs. no noises from valves or rockers. have not done a compression test yet.
would a head gasket or a clogged cat cause this? bank 1 feels hotter than 2.

would do a compression test and see what the results are, no oil and coolant mixing right?

today i did a compression test, all on bank 1 150psi.
i removed valve cover, and rockers. pushrods, none are bent.
swapped them just to see for sure.
replaced wires and plugs after swapping did not work.
the exhaust has a huge rattle, just by touching it i can hear it.
beat the hell out of the rattle got louder.
started it up and ran perfect. exhaust rattles like crazy.
time to remove the cats and find out how bad they are. 110k on stock cats
