2002 Corvette

Just had a corsa x-pipe and exhaust installed on the vette, looks and sounds awesome, was driving it home and got on it a bit to hear the exhaust went through first spun um in second and smacked the limiter so I let off. I thought everything was cool, went to back in my driveway and no reverse what so ever. Can someone please tell me what I did please.

Auto or stick? This should probably go in the transmissions section.You can still physically move w/e lever into the reverse slot or not?

Automatic, the shifter will go into R but the car will not move.

might be a shifter linkage problem.. hard to tell.

I'm not up on my auto tranny stuff-maybe ask this over in the transmission section.

Make sure your trans.fluid level is correct first.To check it,the engine must be running with the car level and the shift lever in park.With the trans.temp.between 86 degrees F and 122 degrees F,remove the transmission fill plug located on the side of the pan.
If needed,add Dexron 3 fluid until it starts to drain from the threaded plug hole.
Replace the plug with the engine still running.There is no transmission dipstick on C5 Corvettes. Good Luck!
