2000 z28 emergency brake installation HELP!!!

Hey Guys I am new to the forum:

My brother does my brake jobs all the time
but the last time I did my brakes the emergency brake shoes needed
replacing and my brother said I am not sure how to replace them
they are not that bad lets close everything up and pass on them this time.
That was 40,000 miles ago. I now have 111,000 on my car and the brakes
are shot. I want him to put everything on this time.

Could anybody and everybody give me information on the instructions
for the emergency brake shoes install be it written or visual pdf files etc.
I will take any info I can get from you guys to help my brother do the job right.

The f'n emergency brakes are so bad the parts rattle around over bumps
I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED ALREADY AND WANT THEM REPLACED

This should get ya going, hit me up if you have any questions:

    removal Procedure

Ensure that the park brake control lever is in the full release position.
    Raise and support the vehicle.
Ensure that both of the park brake cable actuator levers are in the full release position. If both of the park brake cable actuator levers are not in the full release position, adjust the park brake.

Remove the rear brake caliper bracket with the rear brake caliper
    Remove the rear brake rotor.
Loosen the park brake actuator adjuster nut until there is no tension against the park brake shoe.
Remove the park brake shoe from the backing plate and the park brake shoe retaining clip.
Install the park brake actuator retainer to the park brake actuator

    Installation:

Remove the park brake actuator retainer from the park brake actuator
Ensure that the park brake shoe engages the actuator and the park brake shoe retaining clip.
Install the park brake shoe to the park brake support plate.
Adjust the park brake.. Install the rear brake rotor. .
Install the rear brake caliper bracket with the rear brake caliper
    Install the tire and wheel.
    Lower the vehicle.
