    2 Problems with 2000 WS6

Yesterday I bought a 2000 WS6 for a killer deal even though I knew it had a few problems. The first problem is when the rear goes over a bump you hear a pretty significant pop. Now I got back there on the driver side and pushed down on the car and it only pops on the driver side rear, passenger side is fine. I was thinking a shock or a broken sway bar maybe? Any suggestions? And the other problem is I think it is burning oil. Not at a rate to be alarmed, I just noticed some smoke from the tail pipes. Any way to remedy this?the car has 100k on it so it has some wear on it. But if you guys have any solutions lemme know

    what color smoke?

Blue= oil in combustion chamber (could be worn piston rings)
White= anti freeze (big problems here, could have a cracked head)
Black= Too much fuel (could mean you have a stuck open fuel injector)

    My $.02:
The "pop" is probably a blown strut, which is a pretty easy fix.
As for the smoke, it is most likely the already low-tension rings are starting to wear to the point of blow-by. Do a compression/leak-down test...

the pop could also be lower control arms that need to be torqued down a little more. The color of the smoke means a lot, what color is it?
