1995 trans am no spark

I'm a newbie here so take it easy. Long story short, car would start intermittant for a week then nothing, owner decided it needed a fuel pump, replaced and still wouldn't start. Had the prime fuel, so I started checking for spark...no spark. Scanned vehicle and got codes 16, 44, 29, 32, 36, 42 and 44. I had the ICM tested and it was bad...replaced it and still no start or spark. Did the test for the ICM connector, ABCD test points...A and D had 12volts, B had 1.7 while cranking BUT C had 35.5 ohms (bad ground?) with key on, but C has 0.3 with key off. Changed opti spark cap and rotor ( not oe) and still the same results. Opti harness check results were okay except D was 30 ohms with key on vs 60 ohms...key off was 0.7 vs 0.2 ohms. Coil check was 8.49 on all 4 test points... Need help!!! ASAP

I'm not very familiar with LT1s, but I would start with checking grounds to be safe.
