10 Bolt? or what else

i have a Cam Only Bolt Ons with a rebuilt trans, and i think the only thing left will be the 10 bolt. what will be better in brand and 9 vs 12bolt

You have several options and makers, all are very close in price.


Makers - Strange, Mid West Chassis, and Moser


Type's - M6 respond best with 9", A4 - 12 bolt. You also have S60.



There is one more option but that requires a lot of custom fabbing and skill. Ford 8.8 with 10 bolt axles. <<This is an option that if you want to tackle on as a do it yourself and want 100% bragging rights to say I did this. When done right, they are as strong as a 9" and have great aftermarket support. The hard part is mating the 10 bolt axles and the 8.8 center. They are different metals that have to have a special weld and custom length axles. You can build one for almost 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of the others but again this is not something that is easily done.
