02 Sensor question

I'm installing headers on my girlfriends 99 Z28 and I screwed up the passenger side pre-cat 02 sensor when I was removing it. Will the downstream cat 02 sensors work? I'm also installing an off-road y-pipe so there will be no cats and I'll be using 02 sims.

Yes, you can use the rear O2 sensors since they are the exact same sensors. With headers, you'll need O2 sensor wire extensions since the pre-cat sensors are located further downstream on headers than on the stock exhaust manifolds.

Can I use passenger side 02's on the drivers side? I noticed there diff part numbers on the Thunder Racing websight. Maybe just a wire length difference?

Yea it's just the wire length

yepp been there done that, they are the same, both sides, pre cat and aft cat, the only difference is the wire length.
