Depending on an automatic or manual, I'd guess around 310.

If your an a4 probably mid 320's if your an m6 330's to low 340's, get yourself a tune man, better yet a cam then a tune.

there is no way that its just 320, the 02 z28 came stock off the market with about 320. depending on how much horsepower headders and the lig give it woll be more than that. give it a tune, and ut will be alot better.

thats what i would guess too. so headers the lid, and a tune wil give you about 60 to 70 horses. im just guessing. i know that the 02 camaro was detuned factory more than the corvette, so the camaro wasnt faster that the vette off the market.

My M6 car dyno'd 320RWHP with lid and catback. I assume this is 12-15RWHP over stock.
    Dyno'd 343RWHP with LS6 intake and headers.

    Stock tune.

The car picked up pretty well, just didn't really show it on the dyno.
Dyno numbers are something I don't put too much stock into. Good for tuning, the track is the place to determine how she is running.

320 wasn't rwhp, it was the (under rated) flywheel rating from the factory. My car, A4 with converter, headers, gears, and a tune dyno'd 285rwhp. That's right, but ran 12.6 @ 110.

'02 has an LS6 intake, revised head casting, and a smaller camshaft. May seem like a lot of difference to someone that knows very little about cars. I have owned an '02 as wel as my current '02. The 241 heads are worth maybe 5 hp. The LS6 intake is worth 5-10 hp, the '01-'02 camshaft eats part of the extra hp that the intake and heads would provide (emissions ! EGR).

Your comment shows how little you know. BTW what does your car run in the 1/4?

    13.xx is my guess

the camaro is also lighter than the corvette, so therefore the camaro is a little faster than the corvette, when both cars are tuned to its max.

Huh? For same years, vette is lighter. Power is close. In the 1/4 the cars depend on a good driver more than any single performance advantage.

Then change the people you are talking to.

A 2002 Corvette coupe was around 3250 pounds, the Z06 of that year was less than 3200.

A 2002 Camaro SS coupe will tip the scales around 3500 pounds. The convertible is a little heavier.

My 1999 Z28 w/t-tops is 3460 pounds as we speak.
