okay dude from what i remember i took my car in to a dyno jet! the tunner told me in his words i am going to do 3 pulls, the first pull might be alittle high cause he is dealing with a cold car, so so after the second and third pull we will be dealing with a hot engine so thats were we will be running the car at, so my first pull was at 280hp, second pull was at 315hp, third pull was 337hp, so thats were i am at so far.

so to answer your question if said he has 321hp and thats the maximum hp that he got out of his 3 pulls then i would really think he has 321hp.
but then again it depends if he got his car tuned by a dyno or a dyno jet or a dyna pack and etc, to me the real results show at the dragstrip!

btw my car is also a 98 z28 ls1, so keep in mind that we have the first gen of ls1 based engines up on 99 and 02 they made them alot better! so the 98 z28s ls1 suffered alot of air starvation due to the crappy stock heads we have!

Technically, you would use the highest number. In reality, it doesn't matter. I prefer track times over hp numbers. If your car doesn't use the hp and torque properly, it really doesn't matter how much you have.
