You have the same problem I have. All the stations have is 91 octane. At this altitude, they can get away with it.
BUT...they don't lower the price. We have 85, 87, 91 at 95% of the stations here.

I am thinking it is a good thing you have't gotten that pile of crap SLP MAF yet. Stick with your stocker. Good for more than 500HP.
Horsepower will be a little down from most catback cars with the Blowmaster catback.
But you should still be over 300. Maybe 305-310 RWHP.

i always thought, octane rating doesn't affect the hp rating that much? (why i always use 95, not 98 or 100)

It really doesn't. It allows for more timing though if you have a tuner at hand. You can have a race fuel tune and a pump fuel tune.

If you aren't showing any knock on 91 octane, in theory you shouldn't perform any better on 100 octane.
Some will argue that, others won't.
Never tried it in my car.

I had a VW van that wouldn't start if it didn't have 91 octane in it. I put regular in it and it was just putter and stall. POS.

might be because 91 is the lowest rating you can get in germany.

so I have 75 bucks, which is enough for 3 pulls at the shop I wanna do it at. but, my passanger window is starting to slow down as is my cash flow. I'll need a new motor within the month and I'm deciding which I should do first. what would you guys do first? put the $75 toward the dyno, or save up cash to do the window? my driver side window cost $225.

Replace the motor yourself and do the dyno.

haha, we'll see. I'll probably get my car dynoed, and if my window dies before I have money I'll ask for a small loan from the parents. might as well do it while I can right?
