    first trip to the dyno

taking my first trip to the dyno wednesday to get a baseline.this is probally boring stuff for most of you but im stoked.all ive done to the engine is some throttle body polishing, throttle body coolant bypass, screenless MAF,cat back exhaust, and some airbox mods.any guesses what ishould expect?i should probally keep my expectations very low.

the air box i did my self .the way it was it had a small slit in the rear of the box so it could draw in air from the engine side wich to me seemed like you wouldnt want the warmer air so i closed it off and opened the front up a little.its a flowmwaster cat back.i know they suck but i love the sound its not too loud and sounds good

300-310 is my guess. Mine had 306 RWHP with similar mods back in the day but with an auto.

Personally I like RPM up in Lewisville, and they specialize in LS engines.

When I had mine done at RPM it was 400 for the first tune and then 60 for retunes. Seems to be a good rate for dyno tuning compared to others that I have seen.

Are you putting on the headers yourself ?
