Wow, that is a slick cat-back!

    LT's in Cali? WTF?

Oh and another thing, you are making that kind of power w/o a tune... That's just wrong.

    Awesome car!

Alright... Had to do some research on AFR. My baseline (stock) AFR was pig rich at 10.6 to 11.3 and she was kickin' black soot straight out of the shop! After the tune I had a safe 12.4 to 13.1 AFR and made an 18 whp / 17wtq gain. Your AFR is at 14.44! That thing has been tuned. I'm no tuner but I don't know how much more you could get out of that safely.

Car was bone stock when i got it...it even still had the stock shocks and springs!! so yeah its running the stock tune...the tuner that dynoed it said he can richen it up when he tunes it and i would definately make more power!!

I need to get mine re-dynoed. We've got mostly the same stuff but I've got just a little more. I'm also tuned.

That's cool but I'm still skeptical. I never thought a factory tune would be that lean.

You know your exhaust is good when you set off car alarms at the grocery parking lot!

I've had a couple of people and tuners that have told me that depending on the engine when you install headers some go really lean and some go rich...when we installed my headers my friend even told me, your gonna run really lean...when we ran it for the first time and he heard how it started popping with open headers he's like "i told you, it was gonna be lean"...hopefully i can get a tune asap!!

Breathing mods raise the amount of airflow, without adding fuel it will inevitably lean out. 14.44:1 is pretty lean (erring on the unsafely lean side), my friend did LT's and an LS6 intake and the rest of the exhaust and he showed 15:1 air fuel, and 317whp. He went and got it dynotuned a few days back and is up at 350whp now. You could definitely get lots more power from your setup!

Im gonna go to the dyno tomorrow actually ill post the chart when i return. Hopefully i put down sumthin good.

i just got my car dynoed the other day myself. Ive got pretty much your same mods but its a flowmaster exhaust and ive got a fast 92/92 system, and a walbro 255 fuel pump. My car dynoed at 348. So you should see about that if you change the intake. Yea my car was the same way, it was running really rich making 310 hp. Then w/ the mods by the end of the day i got it to 348.

    Mods:
    Pacesetter LTs
Custom 3in Ypipe w/ magnaflow ycollector
Magnaflow catback ending in a custom CME with corsa clones
    SLP Lid
    SSRA
NGK Plugs and MSD Wires (not that it makes a difference)
    couple of suspension mods

    Click for full size

Those are some great numbers, esp. with basically exhaust & a lid!!! Not to mention that you're running so lean....hell, I'd like to see what your numbers are once the AFR is changed to be just a lil more richer!!! I can definitely understand why it would be lean, though, adding "air" components & changing nothing with the stock "fuel" components. VERY NICE!
