JJ got it to where Goodell no longer can hand pick who is on his contract committee from here out. What that means? It means that the owners now have the power to cut off his bonus year to year if he continues to F' up the league. It also means Goodell now has to answer to all of the owners instead of 3-4 of his buddies. Only 10% of his contract is guarantee, the rest is tie up in incentives.

JJ also had it where the investigation office will be reigned in and out of Goodell's sole overwatch.

So this may in the end start the turning around the nonsense.
...this is interesting, ..and may well make things better, ...but the current glideslope for them isn't good, ...too little too late... ...i think a lot of the damage has been done...

in my opinion, i think sending him packing would've been far better, ..he's the titular head of "what appears" to be an asylum that is being run by the inmates...

They offered him a new contract for a possible 200 million. Sounds like a real harsh punishment.

So now PUffDaddy & K-dipship want to buy the Carolina Jag's because the owner is selling the team because of sexual allegations made against him.

Their problem, neither have enough personal capital to buy the multi-billion $$$ team.

I have no desire to watch Brady win another SB again. Well maybe to see the Eagles choke, but :meh:

McMahon will be sure there isn't any kneeling. As long as he doesn't take the fun out of it like he did with the inception of the "PG" era of wrestling, I think it will go over well. Especially if people are still kneeling when it starts up.

    Thought there was Arena Football?

Seriously though whatever, as long as it gets back to football.

Biggest problem their going to have is stadiums. Not sure if the NFL is going to let them use their own houses if it's considered a direct threat to their brand or is competition. So where would they play? College stadiums maybe?

Get some financial backers and build a few new ones to start with, but as long as it brings in money to the teams whose stadiums they would be playing in, it won't matter I don't think. I think it will take at least a few years before the NFL could decide whether or not to consider it a threat.

I know JJ (Cowboys) uses his for many, many venues. Concerts, etc. How else he going to make some of that $$ back on the cost of that thing.

Hell he lets the TX HS Championship game play in there. Even held Chris Kyle funeral there which I have to say is a first for me to see one done at a stadium.

I wouldn't doubt if JJ is the first one McMahon has (or already has had) a conversation with about it. I bet there is already something in the works since there's already been an announcement the XFL will return. McMahon I don't think would make an announcement without having quite a few ducks in a row already.
