    Ya us old geezers get it done with old iron too. Check out the pure stock drags link I posted, You might be surprised how fast we get these "carraiges" to go with all stock parts, stock tires and all. 12's are easy, some even tickle 11's in pure stock. Towards the end you'll see the F.A.S.T. series, they are in the 10's, but they are allowed to stretch the rules a bit more, still stock bias plys though.

    sometimes not enough power and good traction will tend to make the pinon walk the ring gear resulting in a wheel stand sometimes all the way up. Draging the rear bumper. fun untill it comes down
