    is there a trick for a reaction time?

    well my #'s are all over ther place from .484, .719, 526, .678+++

    is there a trick seems like when im not trying i pull the best but every time i get to the 2nd round of bracket racing i red light( .484)

    best was like a .526

    tracks perfect RT is .500

    I don't bracket race, so it doesn't concern me.

    Cutting a good R:T is all in a mind set. Lots of practice helps, You are prob getting excited and not realizing your leaving that early.

    My way of cutting good lights is I stair at the bottom amber light only, Do not watch the first light or you will red light.

    I would suggest also coming up with some sort of system so that you can become a bit more consistent. I currently count in my head "1 and 2 and go"

    I would also imagine your reaction time is going to vary quite a bit if your are still learning how to launch your car since it might respond differently.
