12.08 @ 109...1.9 60' So with a 0.1 improvment in 60' you picked up 0.77 in the quarter mile...that just doesn't add up. I would say that time slip is bogus.
Nothing bogus over here pal.. i can scan it and post.. when i get home from work.. believe me.. i don't have to lie about nothing and I have buddies that were there at the track.... I'll post it.. so your eyes can see it...

Eh,,,nothing the correction factor won't fix. Just a simple formula to compensate for poor DA. Most everyone uses it, especially magazines.

It would actually give a more accurate ET accross the entire US if everyone here used it. Since everyones times are all accross the board here from different locations, and how your car runs is so dependant on DA, thats alot of the differences you see here.

That 12.08 ET is possible with a 109 mph trap speed but that 60 foot time would have to be much much better than the 1.9 60 footer you posted.

No way possible to Run nearly 12 flat at only 109 mph with a crappy 1.9 60 foot time.

To run that ET with that MPH you are talking somewhere in the neighborhood of a 1.6 60 foot time.

With the 1.9 60 foot time you have and 109 mph trap speed,,,,,,,12.80 would be more realistic and in the realm of reality. Not saying your lying but it's possible your ticket may have a misprint, and seems logical the 0 and the 8 may have gotten switched.

I never said you lied...bogus means the time slip is incorrect. A 0.1 improvment in 60' can't even come close to making up 0.77 in the quarter with a high twelve second car. Sorry pal those are just plain facts...what you stated in the two prior post is impossible...unless the information you provided is incorrect. Oh,I forgot this is the internet...that makes anything possible!!!

There could be more then meets the eye as well. I know I have gained almost .4 in the 1/8 with almost the same 60' time just because I changed my shift points (still learning what this cam really like to do). It is unlikely, and very odd that a .1 second difference in the 60 could make such a drastic change in the 1/4, but odder things have happened.

    Ah there ya go,,,,thats a 12.80,,,,,not a 12.08

Just as I eluded to in my earlier post,,,,that MPH would coincide with a 12.80 ET rather than a 12.08

Thanks for the picture of the slip, it shows just what I was thinking.
No harm no foul. Still a great running car.

Sorry there son, but I am not really a hater...just an old drag racer that knows when things (ET & MPH) reported just don't add up. That 12.80 run was very nice - get your 60' time down a little and mid 12's are possible.

02 convertable with auto,,,only headers and Y-pipe, some simple tuning and it's went 13.30 at 105 mph on a 2.1 60 foot time weighing 3,820 lbs. Sticky tires alone might shave a little from that.

A 3,400 fuddle converter is going in soon, this should get me very close to a 12 second run on street tires.....a set of drag radials would put me there for sure. Not bad for minimal work.

Just make sure you get some tires. No point in having all that power if you can't use it. I've lost to people I shouldn't have cuz I spun all the way to 2nd gear. Then they talk shit about beating you by a car or two. Fags...but anyways ahah
