white- 2000 Camaro Z28
Ran my 2000 Z28 A4 at the track today
I went to the track today (Houston Race Way Park) This is with my new cut out open.
My times and speeds were
13.302@105.70 2.078 60ft
13.389@106.35 2.177 "
13.431@105.75 2.177 "
13.465@105.16 2.145 "
13.468@104.85 2.117 "
So my time did not change but I got 2 more miles per hour from the cut out
My old time was with about 60 degree and it was about 78-80 degrees today
Bottom line, cut out = 2 MPHMTI Clear Lid (Free Ram Air Mod Raised Air box) Larger MAF Ends,K&N Filter, SS Exhasut with cut out, rear Lower control arms, smooth bellows,12.894@107.10MPH Dynoed 316 HP (Before RLCA and smooth bellows) 8.3.12 @86.86 1/8th mile 121,000 miles

Its called a exhaust cut out. It goes between the cats and muffler. It has a removeable plate that will let the exhaust gases to by pass the muffler. You may loose some low end torque but from my MPH gain in the 1/4 mile (2MPH) It its a solid 15-20 HP gain

I actually had my car dynoed with and without the cutout. You will be pleased to know it added 11 rwhp my Z28. It also increased the rwtq, but it was minor. I would have to find the printout to let you know what that number was.

typical results of a cutout. et doesn't change. lose 60ft to gain mph. mine did the same thing. this was one 200 n2o also. gained 11/13 on the dyno after 3000 rpms. lost .1 60ft, gained 1 mph, gained .02 et.
don't forget to post in the et listing so i can add you to the list.Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers
