Sorry to inform everyone but JOHN LOPER FINALLY LOST HIS 2 1/2 YEAR FIGHT AGAINST CANCER AT HOME THIS MORNING..................
HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED...........HE HAS DONE ALOT FOR OUR SPORT IN THE PAST 40 YEARS!!!!!
IN A COUPLE OF MONTHES IT WILL BE TO 40th ANNIVERSARY OF HIS FIRST SPEED SHOP........

Johnny set MANY records with these cars!!!
He was running deep in the 9's in the mid 60's with a injected SMALLBLOCK.
He was also the first to use a wheelie bar......It was a shopping cart wheel from FoodCity were he worked!!!
