Talking New best and new launch pic again, lol...

    Damn bracket car!

First pass off of the highway...

    11.77@115 w/1.64 60' (same as last week's best so I knew I should get a little quicker)

    2nd pass: 11.75@115 w/1.64 60'
    3rd pass: 11.75@115 w/1.64 60'
    4th pass: 11.74@115 w/1.61 60'
    5th pass: 11.67@115 w/1.58 60' (NEW BEST and First 1.5x sixty foot!)
6th pass: 11.76@115 w/1.63 60' (car was actually TOO COOL, which it doesn't seem to like)

Can't complain about a 112,000 mile engine/car/suspension with a "baby" cam and a converter yanking the driver's wheel up 2 or 3 inches on every pass....still running the STOCK CATBACK too, lol...w/NO CUTOUT.

    Badass.

That trap speed with those ET's drives me nuts.
I am at 11.97 at 117.8. I have some suspension issues though...and dead tires.

You've got some altitude issues too though don't you?
I think Cecil was negative DA today.

I do. 5800 feet, DA is always above 7000.
Negative DA??? Would be fun...I would probably meet a wall or something.

    Either way, very nice ET's.

    I don't get it.. here's what I got

    PP stage 2 heads 59cc
    224/224 .581/.581 112 lsa
hooker long tube headers (1 3/4")
hooker y pipe w/ stock catback
    3" electric cutout
    ls6 intake
    underdrive pulley
    k&n fipk
    slp linelock
3.73 gear on stock rear (m6)
    lower control arms
    strut tower bar
    sfc's
    mt et street radials
    stock block, tranny

I put down around 415 hp but since I'm afraid of destroying the rear again the best I push it is around 12.50-12.8's! I normally pull around 1.90 60' ft's. We're only about 175 ft above sea level here. I've already destroyed the rear once. I guess I just need to practice more. I normally shift around 6000 being the cam I was told peaks out around 6300. Any ideas besides a driver mod?..lol

    A4 > M6 at the drag strip.
More consistent, easier to launch, easier on the rearend, etc...

If SFC = subframe connectors, you're correct. That will change before next season though...

Well...bought the car bone stock at the end of June, this year, lol...I've only made 22 passes total, with 9 being made before cam swap (& running mid 12's).

Definitely no dragstrip expert with this car, but in the past I have been down the track a few times...lol...
