    my time slip



    my reaction time was bad....but i can live with 13.4... waddya think my 1/4 would be if i had an almost perfect reaction???/ plz post!

    Reaction time...has NOTHING... to do with the rest of your time down the quarter mile... it's just how long it took you to react to the light...not much more...what you should be worried about is getting your 60ft time (the # right after the Reaction)... down bellow the 2 seconds...the better you launch and the lower the time in the 60ft...it will equate to the lower QuarterMile time...

    PS: Is your car Auto or Manual... and um... what are your mods?

    its an auto...that was my first time at the track ever..though i was going to go again..i had to go already..i might go next week....

    that's a great time... are you stock?

    you should um... use the footbrake...to launch at the 1800stock stall...LOL... and hope it grips...

    dood ii think i launched at like 1200 hundred..i was a lil distracted...and damn i launched without wheel hop...you wouldnt believe the stickiness at the track...i have headers,lid,sfc's, ...with high flow cats...hahaima remove those to see what im actually hitting

    hm...the 60ft time says otherwise to the stickiness... I've gone as low as 1.6sec... 60ft... stock... (with super GOOD tires and a Prayer for my Differential)

    u should be a little faster...but not much more... maybe in the 13.2's...or something...

    yeah...the Convi's are like 200lbs heavier... I think... ( I'M JUST GUESSING)... so they should be slower...

    mines a Coupe...with no T-tops... so... 3450pounds guestimate (w/out driver)

    yeah im a stock vert and i run 13.4's all day long i ran a 13.3 one time lol
    the only modd i have is chopping the I pipe after they stock Y
    im a M6...took the back seats out, but im also shifting at 6,100rpms
    going to the track in a few days soo im going to try out 5,5rpms n see what i can get
    yeah stock Ls1s are "rumord to run high 12's"
