launching on the track
I have a 04 A4 gto and i have a 3500 stall, what do you guys flash up to on the track. Iam also still running stock tires so i know its going to suck for me.

Drive around the water box for one.
Second NO smoky burnout! Street tires DON'T like heat. A light haze or smoke is all that needed.
Every car is different. It might like it if you just stab it from a dead idle.
Try a couple passes like that then try pre loading the suspension by "power braking" it a little. No more than 1800-2000rpm. It will help if you pump the pedal a couple times to build brake pressure......... It's a good habit to get yourself used to. It sucks if the car edges forward and you red light first round!
Also last but not least don't go any lower than 22 psi. Read the other thread about psi I went into great detail.

You are not going to be able to get the car to stick without some good DR's. It's just not going to happen.
