I was going to say no--- But now that I know you have the chrome birds on the window, and the molding removed. I say yes!
.......
Seriously though--- I don't know much about it, but I am pretty sure you need modifications along these lines.... sticky tires, stronger Rear end, lower gears, and suspension work.

-A 175 shot properly tuned. Grabbing it right out of the gate.
-A pair of V-6 rear springs from the junk yard.
-A set of weld in sub frame connectors
-A pair of Mickey Thompson drag radials
-Some 4.10 gears
-Disconnecting the front sway bar
That will get you in the area if your lucky.Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

The right suspension and tire can get the front tires in the air with a mostly stock LS1.
Gotta have a driveline capable of taking the abuse though.
I have been told I have pulled a tire at the track. Built stroker, full suspension, MT DR's, 4.11's. All in the car.
Personally...lifting a tire isn't my goal. Getting down the track faster is.

No one said anything about carrying them.
Just lifting them.
Granted, it requires a lot of work, but it can be done.
There are stock headed 346's in the 10's.

I've personally seen a 14 sec. car lift the front wheels. It's all in the suspension and converrter and tires. The car was pretty much a race car with a stock 350 just so he can drive it around while he got his race motor built
