    Jegs Roll Cage

    Anyone using a Jegs Roll cage? How is the fitment?

    I used the summit cage, probably the same... Prenotched !!! Have the big grinder ready !!! I spent about two days on it, but turned out pretty nice !!!
    I think taking the carpet out was harder than welding the cage in !!! It's one piece and heavy. Then the headliner over the main hoop was a treat too...
    Oh Ya,,, Make tac welds to test fit every thing, like door panels, headliner, seats, ect... Good Luck !

    is a bolt on good or just go with weld in. and when should i consider a cage like a 4 pt? i want to get one also becasue i heard it makes the car feel soo stiff expss. on the turns

    A bolt on is sufficient as long as the back bars are welded to the main hoop (for NHRA). A 5 pt is required when you run 11.49 or faster. It changed from 11.99 to 11.49 about a year ago.
