First time at the track in my LS1 car.

    Went to the track yesterday.

Car is a 1999 Z28 A4 with 2.73s. It has 132,xxx miles. Bone stock other than a flowmaster muffler that was on it when I bought it.

    13.602 @ 104.45 with a 2.116 60'. 8.89 was the 1/4 mile at I think 81 mph.

    Not bad IMO.

Not bad, I ran the same thing when I was stock on my 98 Z28 with 2.73 gears, now that I got more mods hopefully I will do 7's this weekend!

I went to the track for the first time in my LS1 this weekend too. 8.63@85.00 mph, but I have a few little mods and the 3.23's - and the 1/4 was 13.21@105. I love these things. I spun the tires once and had to get all the way off the throttle, hit it again and it downshifted into 1st and I still ran a 14.4! Hah!

13.21 is damn good. I think a gearset would help me a lot, maybe sometime. For now I want a lid, then a catback. I have a Flowmaster muffler on it that came on it, but I dunno if it's doing any good or not.

i feel like i should have kept the K&N after I cleaned the MAF and just put it in for a few passes at the track. Betcha I would have been down there with you man - paper filters suck but at least they keep your MAF and engine clean.
