finally went to the track

well finally got er to the track last night,85 degrees,track sucked there was a lot of good fast cars running 13s 14s alot of people were leaving. 1st run-13.36 @ 107,2nd 13.21 @ 107,3rd 13.06 @ 108. for the track conditions not horrible times.

well,i was running high 12s on motor with slicks,ran on street falkens,4:10s,headers,borla,lid,maf,hypertech,sfcs ,stb, have a 100 shot but need to get it filled,and if i ever have the money to get a good tune i should be in the 11's.

not to insult... but 13.06 at 108, i ran that with borla exhaust, pacesetter lt's, slp intake and 85 mm maf, on street tires with 273 gears in an auto and completely UNTUNED, just saying maybe the track is shitty you should be running a better time...here take a look , right lane #7069

There is a world of difference between E-town and IRP - most especially weather and elevation, but also track prep, from my experience. That would account for a great deal of the difference in ET/MPH.

wow that is shitty, he shoulda been about a sec low than that easy...my a4 04 with just cutouts ran high 13's

I dont get it. Your mods are pretty close to his and you netted near identical results...

what?!?!... hes has 410's! and a programmer, im in 273's and untuned!!!

the difference between 410's and 273's is around 4-6 tenths in an auto! and a tune is good for another 2-3 tenths

are you kidding? yeah he only has 2 more mods than me but they are pretty friggin major

his mods says he should be at least 4-5 tenths faster than me

he just had a bad night at the track is all... his car is probably 12.6-12.7 if he hooks, my time is pretty much max for the mods and tires i have.

yea i had a bad time bad track and bad reaction time,but i dont know about 6 tenths by just 4:10s maybe 3 or 4 and i was on a 300$ set of street tires

no i know, i put 4-6 meaning it would depend on how good of a street tire... and also you are programmed, it wasnt a knock on you, just that it was a shitty track that night... ive been to the track on those nights too, when it seems like your car is dragging a piano

but for someone to say we ran the same time with the same mods is completely incorrect because you do have almost a half second more of mods thats all
