Yep, I had about an extra 100 lbs. weight bias in the trunk, I was running on stock rubber. That along with a little finess got me that time on the stall converter.

When running pure stock on little F70-14 bias plies, we learned real quick that weight in the trunk was key (water in the spare tire). Traction far outweighs the weight penalty you carry down track (to an extent).

I simply left all my stuff in the trunk on that particular day, knowing I'm running stock rubber. I wen't down with a large cooler (fills up the entire lower trunk well) filled with ice and drinks, I had the laptop for tuning on top of that, along with a shopping bag full of stuff (we went to the store first), and then I had 2 full size lawn chairs on top of all that Not to mention all the factory spare tire stuff stays put as well.
Rather than unpack it, I left all of it in there, and it worked.

I've never ran any car I've ever had in the 1/4. Closest 1/4 is an hour away, when our 1/8 miles are less than half that time..

This is the fastest one I've seen that's been recorded... and this is by the competition. I've got the actual magazine with the article in it, somewhere in storage. This was when testing the '01 yellow Cobra I beleive. Or it coulda been the bullit? Not sure, but this is by Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords

If u cant utilize the stall and have just a dot that pretty much a stock car cuz even with a tire it would still be a stock car because nothing was done to the motor

you are wrong.......stock is from the factor.....a am stall and DRs are not from the factory...if anything is different..it really isnt stock, even down to the filter

i understand that but you're really gonna try and tell me that half the other peoples cars in here never ran a drag radial and didn't say that it wasn't stock out side of the tire?

I think the OP was looking for a bone stock time slip. So long as the mods are stated along with the time, it is an honest post in response to his question.

i would say a mod worth about .5 in ET wouldnt make the car stock, no matter what the mod be. and no matter if it was used correctly or had supporting mods

Um,,,,,,,,yes. I did. I've never had any type of sticky tire on my car,,,at all....with or without the stall converter. All my times posted earlier are just as stated. No sticky tire, no suspension tricks.

Yep, we have to be honest if you want an honest comparison.

To go even deeper I'd personally like to see weight of the car as raced and the DA if you really want to compare timeslips.

With a lid, my 1998 AT TA went 13.69 @ 103.6. It had 2.73 gears. It was always .2 faster and 2 MPH if I manually shifted that transmission. Hated doing it, so I bought the 2000 WS6 M6. I think it was going 105.5 with my crappy 2.1x 60 ft. times, like 13.45 or so. Somewhat better now, I just want to stay in the 12s @ over 110, and keep the MPG! Almost there, LS6 intake should do it.

9 months after my LT/ORY, on some real cool October weather, no tune, it ran off 7 passes, all over 109, with a best of 12.89 @ 109.85, with a 1.98 60 ft.

Last July I ran 13.2 @ 107.5, 60s in the 2.1x range. Worn out street tires, I don't wanna stress that massive 7.5'' diff with slicks.
