You would think we'd have more action here butt all we got is Fontana which is called California speedway and Bakersfield. PSCA event March 13-15 @ Fontana. Friday is all test and tune and I think it's about $30 to run for the day. I plan on running all three days. They don't have a regular weekly schedule. We practice at Irwindale which is 1/8 mile and runs every Thursday and some Sundays. Hope to see you there.

For the most part....no. Everything's mainly 1/8th mile. The exception is the once in a while 1/4 mile at California Speedway. There's a big 2nd annual event going on this coming memorial day weekend.....called the L.A. Invasion. Here's a link for it: http://ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105177 The only other 1/4 mile track that I know of is Formosa which is near Bakersfield. I've never been there but I hear the track is very nice. For me that's a long haul to get some runs in.

LACR in Palmdale, but it's at a high elevation so you never get good times there.
Go to the NHRA website and they will give you links to member tracks so you can see schedules and where they are.

LACR closed a year and a half ago. It's a big giant pit in the ground, use to be our home track. The Event at Fontana weekend of March 13-15 will be awesome, Friday is test and tune all day, Sat & Sun eliminations. We will be there, hope to see some of you all.

I left the People Rupublik of Kalifornia 4 years ago. Haven't looked back. I drove from San Luis Obispo to Famaso and LACR to run. LACR was a nice track. It's a shame to see that it's closed.
