The HP number meaning RWHP is a guess and i would say about 310-315 at the wheels. Quartermile will have many variables, weather, driver, suspension, tire and so on and so on. Either way with a decent 60ft you should be able to pull off low to mid 13's. Depending on what those new rear tires are, meaning if they are drag radials you could get in the high 12's and some would say you can do better. So you have a good start with your A4 now(some will suggest a higher stall) put on some LT's and get a good tune from Frost or a dyno tune and youll be set to run some 12's.
