Okay, let's see...a basically stock LS1 automatic car w/ virtually useless tires - that ran a 12.79 in the 1/4, with a bolt-on. What gives?

I figured. Was thinking more a 100-shot though. I would suggest getting the basics now, like intake and exhaust, as well as some tires that will really stick and you shall post some real impressive times.

Well since your running the car at the strip now, $100 for a lid and an extra 3-4 notes for a cat-back sure won't hurt. Spring is a whiles away you know...

I am betting a 1.69 to 1.79

A4 cars usually 60' well but don't trap as well as a M-6 car.
That is with all the same mods.

With nothing but a lid , 100 shot wet kit and a muffler change and drag radials my car went 11.79 with 1.81 short time. its a 02 m-6 z28.
