    2001 Pontiac Trans Am WS6

    WS6 Wheels - What size tires could I.....

    I've been looking for a while and been reading other threads about tires sizes and thought I would ask the question directly and get the exact answer because I am new to the tires and suspension stuff....

    I have the WS6 17 x 9 wheels. I am going to lower the car about 1-1.25 inches next month and was wondering...

    How big of tires could I fit on the rear and front safely?

    I have 275/40/17 right now....
