Would OEM C6 Corvette wheels fit on a 98 Z28?
I had a friend offer to sell his 2009 OEM C6 Corvette wheels. They are 245/40/18 for the front and 285/35/19 for the rear. Would these fit my 1998 Camaro Z28? Whould there need to be any modifications? The Z28 has not been lowered.
Thanks in advance!

the front will fit on the rears but to run the 19's you are going to need a 1 1/4'' (i think) spacer

I don't have any personal experience but I know for a fact that people have fit c6 z06 wheels on the back (19x12) with no spacer. aparently you have to hammer out the inner wheel well and roll the fender lip

After some research, it sounds like the front will fit fine but the back will need 1.25" to 1.5" spacers. Does anyone know which size spacer would fit best?

I'm getting my info from a GM high tech article on a 93-97 style z28. the owner said that he massaged the fender lip and hammered in the inner wheel well. although as I remember he was running a c6 Z06 brake set up front and back and from what I've heard about those brakes on f bodies is that you have to use a spacer for wheel clearance with the caliper......

here's the article. the wheels look bad ass on the car too. it's says no mini tub or anything like that, just lots of fender massaging

Thats an interesting article. That car was running "325 series rubber." Mine will be 285 so hopefully they will fit fine. At least thats what a few other members have said. I ordered the 1.25" spacers so Ill keep everyone updated when I attempt to put them on my Z.

I'm planning on putting 19x12 on the rear someday and that article is what inspired me. I know it will probably be tough but it is possible. as far as spacers go I've heard hub centric spacers are the best because it releives alot of stress from the studs. if I had to run a spacer I would try to use those if possible. if I'm wrong someone please correct me
