Will this size difference be a problem???!!!

long story short i bartered some car audio equiptment and installation labor for some c6 replica wheels, 18x8.5 in the front w/245/40/18 tires and 18x9.5 rear with 275/40/18..tires are BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW front and rear..and the fronts are shot and the rears are good for now...

i ran across some used Bridgestone Potenza RE050A RFT (run flats) that are 255/35/18 on craigslist w/90% tread or so for $40 for the set the over all diameter is 25.1"
and the diameter of the rear bfg's are 26.7"...eventually i will replace all the tires with quality matching tires..but for now would this differnce in size cause any probs?

    THANKS!!

tough to say... i'd say borderline.
If only your rear tires were similar OD as stock (ie 275/35-18) you would have no problem for sure.

the ad was priced at $60 they are Bridgestone Potenza RE050A RFT they are priced at $340 each on tirerack.com..im not plannin on keepin em forever but i ended up gettin the pair for $60 and they have 90+% tread so which i thought overall for temp use is a good deal...

the major downside i did have to drive like an hour to go get them
