I'm on Stranos with BC Smoothie IIs 17x11s with Nitto 315s out back and have no rubbing issues. I didn't have to do BFH mod or roll fenders either.

I also had to have the quarter panels rolled
    I have about a 2" lip, haven't measured it
This pic just about gives you the best look at the size of the lip/tires
I only have 245s up front though

if you don't mind me asking, why did you get them rolled instead of grinding them? I took mine to a wheel shop and they ground mine down for $35 and I have no lip now

I have 245-40's on 9.5" wide 18" Foose rims and they almost touch on the front wheelwell when I turn. My rims have a pretty dip dish and I'm lowered an unknown amount so that may not be an issue for you.Heres a Picture of my setup.

Figured it was just a little cleaner rolled. Cant go wrong either way.

Well, for starters that size tire puts your overall diameter 2" over stock so your speedometer is most likely off and it would explain why you rub so much. You can help the rubbing in the wheel well with help from the biggest hammer you can find. As for the fender lip cutting the tire, you will either have to get that lip rolled or ground down. They sell fender rollers and this process requires lots of heat from heat guns so you dont crack the paint. I suggest you look into some tires which put your overall tire height closer to stock.

    Here ya go

Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
    274/40-17 4.3in 12.8in 25.6in 80.5in 787 0.0%
    275/35-20 3.8in 13.8in 27.6in 86.6in 731 7.6%
