    Since it's minor, you could probably get away with a die grinder and a scotchbrite pad and try to buff that out. I had to do that with my right rear wheel as I hit a curb a few weeks ago.

    There is a place called wheels America Google them and there might be one nearby you. They have done some good work on wheels on cars I have painted and repaired. Also they usually have factory refinished wheels for sale at a good price you maybe able to swap yours in with some cash for a repaired wheel so their is no downtime.

    the bearing has to be pressed in/out. there might be special tools made to take it out on the car, if not, then the knuckle has to be removed, and then put on a press.
    if the hum was not there until you had the tires installed, i would suspect the tires. also, a bent wheel and an out of round tire can easily be balanced, but at speed you will feel it. try rotating the tires front to rear, and see if it changes. make sure you have the correct air pressure, too.
