Wheel offset for a wide dish?

I like wheels with a big dish or lip on the outside. Is that positive or negative offset?

offset is the measurement from the center line to mounting face of the rim. the smaller the number the closer the mounting face is to the center line of the rim. if the number is negative then the mounting face is closer to the inner edge than the outer edge of the rim. Keep in mind when choosing a rim you need to go with a rim width and an offset that will not interfere with any suspension or body components. going with a wide rim with a negative offset will push the rim out of the wheel well causing the rim to hit the fender lip during cornering or traveling over bumpy roads. Going with a rim with too much offset will drive the rim into the inner fender, bumpstop or hit suspension components during cornering. Sift through the aftermarket rims and fbodys with corvette wheels thread to get an idea of what you can run or what you need to do in order to run the setup you decide to go with. If my description off offset confused you just google "wheel measurements" and a bunch of diagrams showing how each measurement is taken should appear. Good luck in your research bro.
