    Wheel offset

I was planning on getting these for my son for christmas and a late birthday present http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...3D4#ht_500wt_0

He knows about all the wheel offset and all that, but i just dont want to give it away to him. Would these be able to fit on his 1999 trans am ws6?

Rear 18 x 10.5 +56 offset, will most likely need the inner fender well hammered in and the bump stops trimmed.

If the offset was in the +50 to +44 range I would see no problem with 18 x 10.5 wheels!

    Front 17 x 9.5 +54 offset, no problem!

1/4" spacers will do the trick too.

I've got 10.5 on the rear with a 56degree offset and i don't have any rubbing issues with 295-35-18 on the rear

i use them on all corners w/ 315s... use a 1/4" spacer in the rear... but since I have the big-red Porsche brakes in the front w/ custom work, I don't remember what is the equivalent spacer for the front.
