Mothers billet on my polished wheels as well. Noxon 7 is real good about removing stains/debris/blemishes but doesn't give near the shine that Mothers does.

The Noxon by hand, only place I have found it is Advance Auto so far. The Mothers I use with hand and powerballs. I have the big and little powerballs. I use the smaller powerball for the lip and the bigger one for the barrel of the wheels.

Correct, the billet polish runs about $10-13 per jar.

Yes you want the mothers billet.

I use a product called metal gloss. There is a polish and a sealer once you seal the wheel its should be good for about a year. I like this product much better than mothers billet. If you do a search for metal gloss you should find there site were you can purchase it.
