    What size tires won't rub

I've lowered my SS with the Eibach prokit which lowers the car 1.5" front and 1.3" rear. I'm about to purchase some wheels that are 18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 rear and was going to get 18/35/275 front and 18/35/295 rear. Is this going to be a problem?

With the correct offset(+50 to +44) rubbing should not be an issue on a 10.5" wheel, even with 315's.

So what's the offset on those wheels?

I believe the fronts are 54mm and the 10.5's are 56mm

You'll be fine up front, but in the rear BFH mod, and/or 5/16" spacers and ARP wheel studs.

your rim offset may be different tho and I'm assuming that's where my problem could develop

if your wheel is a 18x10.5 +56mm, get a 1/4" spacer and be done w/ it.
That's what I have on my car... pix in signature links.
And 315/30-18 (stock overall diameter) will fit better than your 295/35-18 that are taller and more prone to rub

I would be all for the 315's but I don't want to have that much of a low pro tire

    it's not that low.
    remember that 30 means it's 30%
because the tire is wide, you still have plenty of sidewall.
It's the exact same sidewall as 275/35-18

    Here are 2 pix w/ the 315/30-18:

    Click for full size
    Click for full size
the only thing with going that wide is the price of the tires skyrocket...nice looking car by the way

i am in the same exact boat and am a little hesitant to purchase the 315's. im not so much worried about the fender well as i am the fender lip. i dont want to have to roll it. my rim size and offset will be the same as mentioned before, 18x10.5 and 56mm. and im lowered on the pro kit too.
