What drag radial to get to replace my tall tires?

I got some C5 wheels in the back which are 275/40/ZR18, which i want to replace with my prostars which already got 27x10.5/15, but the problem is that I still think the 27'' slick is still to big considering I got 2.73's, I want a drag radial that wont be that tall, so can yall tell me what would be a good size, I was thinking on getting the 275/50/15 BFGoodrich g/Force T/A drag radial 2

I'm not really worried about the rear end, thats y I'm getting drag radials, what would be a good tire size, that is not going to slow me down because of the height

you can run the 27" tall if you want. the 275/50-15 are 26" tall. factory height is 25.7" close enough.

But wouldnt the 27' tall tire slow me down since it would lower my gear numerically even lower.
