torq thrust where and how much what size
I am finally getting ready to bite the bullet and order TT2 for the camaro. I just want to know how much everyone paid for them and what sizes did you get.
The cheapest I found was $190ish a rim shipped, the fronts are 17x9, and the rears are 17x10.5
thanks

the m looks just like a mustang bullit rim. the design of the spokes are different and the centercap is different. there is a very noticable differance when you look at these side by side

i think you mean the mustang bullit rims look just like the american racing wheels.[bet you cant guess which rims i bought] besides the spoke and center cap difference, one big difference is the II's are polished, the m's are painted[or chrome but they look gaudy imo] and depending on your wallet, price difference is significant.

I have had polished wheels before and they are a PITA. Chrome is the ticket!

You will be happy you did. All I do is wash mine with car wash soap and dry them with a microfiber towel and they look great.
Some say that chrome looks "tacky" blah blah blah but IMO it looks like what people with polished wheels are trying to achieve- only very little effort. There is a difference sure but not enough to validate polishing aluminum every month. If you have had polished alum. wheels before you already know it takes time to keep em looking nice. Those power balls help alot but you still have to rub like hell. And if you neglect them for a while it's even more of a bitch to get em back looking good.
This is just my opinion based on my experiences. I do like polished wheels but in the end-the chrome look great and much easier to maintain.

I used to have the polished alum. on my old chevelle for about 2 months then went to chrome I hated the cleaning. I think b/c of budget I will go with the TTM

if i had a garage queen i may have gotten the II's, but i am right with you on the maitenance of them. always wondered why they didnt clear-coat them so you could just wash and wax. i bought the anthracite m's cuz there is just something about the spoke to hub area that just doesnt hit me with the chrome.
