TireRack - Great Customer Service!
In May I replaced my OE wheels and tires. Torq Thrust M's and some Yoko's. From the day I purchased them we could not get the balanced. After replacing the two fronts and balancing 4 times from 3 places including TireRack I have had nothing but wobbly front tires and road noise from the rears. Again, yesterday drove to TireRack and had them balanced again. Long behold, same issues. With no hassle they refundede for the full purchase price of the tires and for only the difference of a different tire we are installing some new BFG G-Force tires! Their customer service is amazing. Thank you for the great service! Well worth the 4 hour trip!
