to wide... you might beable to get away with 295's...

too wide. 275 is the largest you can go safely

275's are barely parrallel to the wheels. Wider than that isn't a big deal. I've run 295's on the factory 9 inch wheels without a problem. Actually gives a nice sidewall cushion for a little wheel rash protection. They only measure a total of about 11.5 to 11.6 inches of section width. That's only about 1.25 inches of sidewall per side that is past the rim. Not a big deal.

Jumping to a 315 only increases the section width another inch overall,,,about 1/2" per side. I've never had a problem with it, and actually prefer that little safety cushion, to each their own.

ill probably just stick in the middle with 295's for the rear next time i get tires...i just like the look of the wider tires...

I hear ya. I'm the same way, I prefer a little sidewall buldge.
