Tire choices
I have 2004 GTO im stuck between 2 tire choices BF Goodrich Sport Comps or Continental Extreme Contact DWs. I have the DWs on my 07 SS monteCarlo and honestly am very happy with them. But Ive heard for the money the Sport Comps are the better option. Opinion on this? Also I am replacing the struts as well which should I purchase? Im looking for best bang for the buck

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
I have read that the DWS Contis are very good. I have installed them on cars(not GTO) and I have driven the cars afterward. I can't knock them. I am considering them for my factory 17s for winter use. As for the suspension, what are your plans for the car? Daily commute only? Daily/drag/autocross? You have a lot of options here. You could go with Monroe SensaTracs all around, or you could go with Konis if you want adjustability. This is IF you aren't going overboard. If you plan to REALLY bastardize your car, you have Lovell's, Pedders, Whiteline, etc.
