Strongest? WD40 + ICE polish.

WD40?? I would never put that shit on my chrome wheels...
I use Eagle 1 All Wheel & Tire Cleaner. Its safe for all types of wheels, and it works great. Takes off brake dust and road grime like nothing. It sprays out of the bottle like a foam, so you can coat the wheel, let it set, scrub it with a wheel brush, and then just rinse it off

Lol i know i was just bein a smartass. ICE polish does work quite well tho for chrome, i know friends that use it on their rides.
Tho if you dont have some already, dont buy it...get stuff made for cleaning rims lol. I have 2 bottles sittin in my garage from when i had my yellow Cobra. Doesnt work as well on the dark blue, but cleans the rims very well.

I use this Blue Coral wheels cleaner spray. Looks like windex, but works awesome on my stock wheels.

hydrofluoric acid-the strongest-do not use on bare aluminum wheels -it can stain. works excellent on chrome, and coated protected wheels. also dont be afraid to use a fine steel wool on chrome-cleans up stubborn spots.

well its the strongest i know of- and no its not for every day cleaning. but for someone who has neglected their wheels -with lots of brake dust build up, or staining. i do auto reconditioning and use it on lots of s*** boxes ,i t's the strongest. must be very careful not to breath ,avoid skin contact.
