probably an old question...offset
okay...so looking at a set of 17x9.5 zr1 replica rims. bolt pattern is 5x120.65 which i understand is correct. center bore is 70.30. question arises in the offset...which would be better...a 38 or a 56?

triple-black- 2000 CamaroSS convertible
56 will be sticking in more than stock ... 38mm will be sticking out more than stock, but well inside the fender... I'd go w/ +38mm offset

would there be any rubbing issues by using the 56mm wheel? also how noticeable is the difference on the car between the 56 and stock and the 38 and stock?

no rubbing... my 17x11 will stick in even more and no issues... unless your alignment is totally out of whack.
