Navy Blue Metallic- `98 Formula M6 HdTp
I have Nitto Invo's and love them, probably the best tire I've purchased in years.

BFGoodrich KDW 2's
I have those on in the summer in a 275/40/17.. It hooks damn good at 30psi for my Full Bolt-on car, and they perform flawless in the rain, I had to sit and try to break them loose.. And it doesn't hurt that the tread design looks awesome IMO

+1 for the BFG NT's great for a full bolt on car, huge improvement over my Kumho's and I rarely drive in the rain but.if I get caught in some these tires are pretty good in comparison to the factory Goodyear and my 18" Kumho's. I run a 245/40 and 275/35r18 setup and these have been the best yet. My friend has invo's on his Vette and likes the.a lot. Stay away from any drag radial if.you ever drive on wet pavement. Hope this helped.
just remember every tire will spin how.much depends on how good the tire. My BFG's were great but.with my cam I am having some traction issues I am going wider on my next set.Last edited by RyanJM; 12-19-2010 at 09:37 AM.

I would never have DR's on a car that saw rain regularly...that is just me though. If a DR was a necessity, than Nitto would be the best choice for handling in the rain.
The Nitto 555r DR is a decent tire on the street for grip, however, at the track it sucks ass. The best of both worlds is to have an all-purpose tire for street use since you DD it in the summer and it sees rain and then get a pair of MT DRs for the track if you ever plain on seeing track time.

I know 275s will fit but Will 295s fit on 18x9.5s?

Well I looked at the bfg booklet at the tire shop and it recommend at least a 10.0 width, but I'm putting em on 18x9.5. I'm not too worried, when I got the car it had 315's on the 17x9 and it never gave out on me

well im thinking 9.5s in the front and 10/10.5s in back...
i didnt want to go staggered because its a DD (and i wanted to be able to keep tire rotations the same) but i guess its fine since Vettes do it and alot of people do it on here...

Yea I'm running 9.5's all around 275 in the front and 295 in the rear,I'm curious though, the owner of the tire shop said that the bfgs wear out extremely fast

well this "back yard" tire guy we normally order from said that any brand of tires will only last 20k-25k miles because of the "awkward sizes" of tires that are cars use
:shrugg: idk
so you think 335/30 will fit on a 18x10.5 or is that too much?
their sizes go from 275/40&35 to 295/35 to 335/30....no 315sLast edited by BashamWS6; 12-19-2010 at 07:23 PM. Reason: added
