paint wheels with spray paint
I'm cheap and I hate my salad shooters because every lt1 has them. I want to just paint them black with spray paint to make them look different. I would leave the lip polished and the center cap alone, I just want the majority of the wheel to be black. if it were black I think I could stand them more easily

Clean em real good to get any kind of dirt and what not off. Then go and get some duplicolor wheel paint and then clear them.

you should paint them more of a gunmetal color imo, black 16" wheels tend to look like steel winter wheels when painted black *i.e they look like shit.
I think the white car with a gunmetal wheel would look pretty bad ass. Just my 2 pennies tho, it's your car obviously you will do what you want.

if you want to you can takea pic of the car from the side and print it out and try some colerd markers and coler in the wheels and see what it will look like befor and you can play with the coler to see what one you want befor you pay for the paint and put in all the time and work. good luck
